Description

Dragon status can be set to UNKNOWN, but that's not very useful since owl analysis is performed on all dragons except ones which look sufficiently strong to be obviously alive. Therefore it's rather bogus to set status to UNKNOWN when crude status is DEAD or CRITICAL but owl analysis is not deemed necessary.

After this patch dragon status is always set to ALIVE if owl_status is UNCHECKED.

Regression results are no breakage and a negligible 0.04% node reduction.
